1789 Arms LLC provides firearm transfer services for online purchases, dealer transfers, and private-party transactions.

Before Shipping a Firearm *

Please contact 1789 Arms LLC before arranging shipment of any firearm to our FFL. This helps ensure we are expecting your transfer and can assist you throughout the process.

 

Required Identification

Federal law requires valid government-issued photo identification before a firearm transfer can be completed. Additional documentation may be required depending on residency and applicable regulations.

Transfer Process

1. Contact 1789 Arms LLC before arranging shipment.
2. Have the seller ship the firearm to our FFL
3. We will contact you when the firearm arrives.
4. Schedule an appointment to complete the transfer.
5. Complete the required paperwork and background check.
6. Take possession of your firearm after approval.
